Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shophut, we pride ourselves on getting your orders to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping operations and delivery timelines below.

1. Delivery Coverage & Options

We exclusively deliver to all addresses within Mainland UK. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery: We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Delivery on all standard orders, with no minimum spend required.

• Next-Day Delivery: Need it sooner? We offer a premium Next-Day delivery service for an additional charge (calculated at checkout).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Cut-Offs

• Dispatch Days: Our warehouse team processes and dispatches orders Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• 1 PM Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Please Note: To ensure your Next-Day delivery arrives on time, the order must be placed before the 1:00 PM cut-off.

• Late & Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or at any time on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

3. Delivery Timelines & Couriers

We partner with trusted, premium couriers, including DPD Next Day and EVRI Tracked, to ensure your items arrive safely.

• Standard Free Delivery: Estimated to arrive within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Next-Day Delivery: Guaranteed to arrive on the next working day following dispatch (if ordered before 1 PM, Mon-Fri).

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is important to us. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey right to your door.

5. Missing or Delayed Parcels

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays with couriers can happen due to weather or unforeseen transit issues. If your standard order has not arrived within 5 working days, or your Next-Day order is delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number on shophut.web@outlook.com, and we will immediately investigate the status of your delivery.
