At Shophut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our straightforward return and refund guidelines below.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personal care items, and intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Fees

  • Standard Returns: For all standard returns (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), a flat return fee of £2.99 will apply. This fee covers return processing and will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Free Returns for Issues: If your item arrives defective, broken, damaged, or is the incorrect product, the £2.99 fee will be completely waived, and we will cover all associated return costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at shophut.web@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Provide Proof (If Applicable): If you are claiming a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please attach clear photos to your email so we can waive the return fee.

  3. Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with a return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund (minus the £2.99 return fee, if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We package every order carefully, but mistakes or transit damage can occasionally happen. If you receive a compromised or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund (with no deductions) to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
